Diet Coke in the AM.

Sitting at my computer desk with a 2 liter bottle of Coke Zero and the TV off at 3 in the morning is not inspiring at all. Don't actually know why I'm still up apart from the fact that I don't want to will myself to go to bed and there's a fluffy poodle occupying the comfiest spot on my mattress. Hopefully, he'll move or something. Makes for a great pillow though, I must say. I've been trying to write a song and no such luck. I mean, I come up with lyrics but I have no tune. No bait to draw people in, just the hook (I probably shouldn't have used a fishing analogy. ) But whatever, I'll keep doing what I do. Writing songs at 3 am.. and scratching my finger because of some darned mosquito.
